Deleted the video evidence and refused to pay to make things right. The Manager and staff that I interacted with are scummy, downright dishonest if not borderline criminals. I'd recommend going anywhere else. 360 security cameras are now in my future."

If u argue to ur customers with impolite words, u will always win but there no tips and any appreciate feeling for you. and be clear with the deal the price to your customers, it is not customers responsibility to ask you about that only, u need to be clear and tell them too.
