"Great Customer Service!!!!!!! I’ve parked at the Edison ParkFast on W.21st right off of 10th Ave for almost a year. The service has always been nothing short of great. The team of attendants are awesome, professional, and polite and always a pleasure to interact with them. Guyto is the nicest and most helpful person, I see him almost every day and him being the 1st person I encounter almost every morning starts my day off on a positive note and sets the tone for my day . Boaz the manager of this location as well as the location on 10th Ave and 20th St is awesome, I encountered a small issue and Boaz went above and beyond in ensuring that I was satisfied, the service he provided me with as well as the resolution to the problem is a type of service that one no longer sees when parking at other parking franchises. If you want your vehicle to be treated with care and know it will be safe I definitely suggest you give them a try."

"At this parking spot after we used an online company to secure parking we were charged extra. We didn't realize it initially, but the time stamp on our parking ticket was wrong. It time stamped us parking our vehicle a whole hour prior to the actual time we showed up, which resulted in us being charged extra. Someone else ahead of us had the same issue...seems like a scam to me or their system time is off and they haven't realized it."

"Used SpotHero to book a spot for a day trip to NYC to visit Hudson Yards. I could have paid more to park closer but it’s like a 10-15 min. walk and we took the High Line, so it felt faster and more relaxing. The employees here were very polite, as quick as they could be, and courteous with my car. I would park here again, if needed. Plus, it’s under the High Line so it’s convenient and it’s not indoors making it easier and less restrictive to park a midsize SUV. Which from my research, I could have paid an “oversized vehicle” fee parking elsewhere. Many thanks to SpotHero app for good info to allow me to do my research. Edison ParkFast has a list of vehicles they clearly charge more for. It’s NYC, big vehicles take up more space which Manhattan is running low on, especially, with the bike share kiosks (love them but NYC is lacking the respect that a bike loving city like Copenhagen has). Kudos to 507 West 21st street, who also made sure to verify I was parking at the correct lot. Parking in NYC can be expensive and annoying, thanks Edison ParkFast employees for doing a wonderful and ESSENTIAL job!"
