"Took a road trip to NY parked here for 3 days booked threw a parking app. Its 6’ 10” so it fit my truck which was great. Had no problems. Ramp and some scaffolding in the lots make it really tight to turn in a truck but all in all did the job."
"DO NOT use this garage. We booked online and arrived at the right time. Parked our car (no attendant showed up until several cars were jammed in the small space with nowhere to go) received our ticket, great. Next day turned in our ticket to get our car back. 45 minutes later we are told they couldn't find our car. We set off our alarm, could hear the car beeping, still they claimed they couldn't find it. Finally went up with an employee and found our own car. Another employee drove it down and we left. It wasn't until later we found ANOTHER PERSONS KEYS IN OUR CAR! They had left somebody's BMW keys in our center console. Tried to call the garage, no answer -- we ended up driving back to return them because God forbid that poor person needs their car back. Do not use this garage if you want your car back. You never know if your keys are on their way out of state in somebody else's car!"
"Avoid this garage like the plague! A complete ripoff. Made a reservation through a parking app at a set price and arrived a little early. Scanned in, was directed to a parking level and they said NOTHING about being a bit early. (less than half an hour on a slow day). Upon leaving (several hours before the agreed ending time) they tried to hold my car hostage until I paid an ADDITIONAL 50 DOLLARS ransom to be let out. A total scam which I am sure they have tried to pull on other unsuspecting customers. Don't park here. You'll be ripped off!"
"Very good parking, when you like to park your car by yourself then look for parking attendant to leave your keys for another 20min, (whole process 30min 6:30am), then wait for your car during pick up for another 25 min before they dig it out and then drive down from level where youn picked up. All that for only ~$95. Amazing! And...they are looking for tip! Is better to tip-yourself!"
"DO NOT PARK HERE! There are plenty of other better parking garages around the city, but my mom and I decided to park here after the Hilton in Times Square where we were staying informed us they no longer had valet parking and directed us to this garage. It all seemed fine until we went to pick up the car around midday the day we were leaving the city. The attendant on the first floor told us we had to pay at the kiosk and go get our car and drive it out. But we couldn't do that because when we arrived the attendant that evening told us he would park it, so we had no idea where in the garage our car had actually been parked. The attendant on the first floor told us to go to the top floor and speak with the attendant there. When we got there, there was no attendant, but we were able to locate our car. The problem was that there was another car parked in front of it (meaning we couldn't get out) and the garage had our car key so we couldn't even start putting our bags in the car. An attendant finally showed up and looked in the lock box, where the keys were kept, but our keys were not in that lock box. The attendant then went to get another attendant who asked us what happened when we left the car and then he went off to go look for the key. My mom and I were left on the top level of the garage next to our car for about 45 minutes while they searched around for the key. Eventually the second attendant came to tell us that the manager would be coming to speak with us. When the manager showed up, he informed us that they did not have the key and would have to have another one made (which would take 2-3 hours). I had a flight at JFK that I was now in danger of missing and would certainly miss if we had to wait around for a new key to be made. The second attendant openly admitted that the evening crew gets high and doesn't pay attention while they're working and probably brought our key home with them after their shift the night we dropped it off. We had no choice but to wait. I tried to change my flight but there were no alternatives for that day. Our new plan was for me to take a taxi or Uber to the airport while my mom waited for her key and would then drive home, but this was going to cost almost $100. The manager said he couldn't order me a taxi or Uber and that instead I would have to pay for it myself and then bill the parking garage - which after the experience we had had thus far, I did not have confidence that I would ever be reimbursed by this place. The manager said he would give me his personal name to contact for a reimbursement, but that information was never given. The second attendant and the manager then went away and my mom and I decided that I should just go to the airport while she waits for the new key to be made and that she would make sure to get their contact info for the reimbursement. I was heading downstairs in the elevator to go order a car, but when I got to the bottom floor the manager and other attendants were coming back up because the key had suddenly been found. My mom and I quickly loaded our bags, then the attendants told us we needed to drive out of the garage, but to "be careful" because the corners in the garage are "tight." After all of that, they could have at least offered to drive the car out for us, but we had to ask for that and they did finally help us drive the car out of the garage. I made it to the airport barely an hour before my flight, but was unable to check my bag because I was too late. My mom will have to ship my bag to me across the country which will incur more unexpected costs due to the truly poor experience we had at this parking garage. We will never use this garage again and I would encourage everyone reading this to find parking elsewhere in New York City."
