"Booked parking for an oversized vehicle. We have a standard sized Ford 150. When we arrived, we were told it was a "super oversized" vehicle and we would owe more money. We said that wasn't an option on the website and we followed the instructions as per their reservation website. No one would answer our question about what "super oversized" meant. Our truck also fit just fine into the parking space they stuck it in. Would not give us the key until we paid additional $$. Staff was exceedingly rude. And, upon much googling, we found the specs for "super oversized" vehicles and our car is under those specs."

"Parked our car overnight and when we picked it up the next morning we had lost GALLONS of gas. They never turned the car off after parking it and refused to admit they were wrong. Not worth the price"

"Always check your car for scratches before and after parking. I'm pretty sure my car got scratched at this parking garage even though the attendant denied it. Don't know how to make them pay for it."

"First off we reserved a space last night for $50 and it said fro 24 hours and also said like 12am to 10am the same day which made no sense so we texted the number about that, they answered and said they will add the time and correct it. THEN, we got there today and they said they couldn’t take our reservation because it wasn’t valid and they took no responsibility for it. We decided to let it go for the time being. We came back to get our car at 5:40 because we live more than 4 hours away and we wanted to get home. They said that we would have to wait a minute and so we waited for 10 minutes and then asked how long it would be, the man said 5-10 minutes. We waited for a total of 40 minutes for our car and they proceeded to do nothing to get it down. They helped 3 people who came after us and they didn’t tell us what was going on and why we waited for that long. The man told us it wasn’t his fault it was taking to long after asking for part refund and then he went and sat down and ate food. Finally after we got our car they didn’t make us pay. But seriously do not come here they are super rude and their parking does not seem safe. We still payed the $50 that we got scammed online for. Also reading the reviews now it looks like this is not the first time they have done that."

"this is the worst parking lot, I booked prepaid on line , arrived they told me is full, but this is not the first time, they do that all the time, and even the parking lot have empty spaces, they just don't want to park our car. they will park your car if you give them extra trip . the attendance is rude and screaming at you like they don't want to work at all."
