"Honestly incredibly disappointed in this parking garage. My fiancé and I parked our car in here for 5 hours. We purposely buried a sunglasses case (with sunglasses inside) in the bottom of our middle console, covering it with stacks of napkins, papers, gum, and other small objects. When we picked up our car, we noticed the entire middle console had been rummaged through AND the sunglasses case was on the very top… sunglasses no where to be found. Absolutely disgusting that people like this take advantage of their jobs."
"I reserved a spot on spot hero, and once I got there the attendant said he didn't have any spots. He was extremely rude and said "we're full. You wanna drive down the ramp and see how full we are?" And continued to be an awful human being. Overpriced and awful service."
"Unprofessional and wreckless!! With such high rates, I was expecting quality service and experienced valets but they had a young guy moving my vehicle around. The valet damaged my driver side mirror. When I picked up my car, I did not notice that the mirror was out of place (it was slightly hanging out of place but it was not noticeable). As I was driving, I thought the valet had adjusted the mirror and I tried to readjust my mirror until I noticed it was not working properly. When I got home, I noticed the mirror hinge was cracked and it was hanging off of the mount. I called them to complain about my issue and they denied that any damage was caused by their staff."
