"Enter in to this garage to be welcomed with bunch of attitude filled folks - don't know for what though. They do security checks in the beginning - even that look that they give as if you're a terrorist trying to park. Now comes the best part - you enter in and someone from the back will start yelling - "THIS IS VALET PARKING - STOP- Don't you understand? Can't you hear? Stop the car right now. Give me the keys." Well if I've pre-paid it, I obviously know that. Why don't you put proper sign boards outside instead? Why don't you tone down? Is this way way you treat your customers? Cherry on the cake - They then expect Tips at the end of parking - which I didn't give obviously. This garage must be shut down immediately."
"The parking works but I do not recommend it. They squeeze as much as they can out of the space they have. They weren’t able to get my car out and I had to wait for a solid amount of time after walking all over New York."
"What I thought was a professional establishment turns out to be the complete opposite. Parked my car Friday for an event here, now I understand how NYC can be and for the most part thought I would be pleased with the way they operated the garage until one of the parking attendants decided to steal something of value from within my glove compartment. Luckily I was able to track its location with the tracker but be very mindful that there is staff that not only steals but will rummage through your belongings to steal. Never parking here again!!"
