"DON’T EVER PARK HERE! Tried to get my car late at night and gave ticket only to be told not the ticket and car not there. Incredibly rude staff waving me off telling me I parked elsewhere. No, I didn’t. Fought with me and I was alone on the street midnight with gate closed behind me. Had to get the police involved and guess what? Car was there. Apparently, wrong plate entered etc. They were mean and never apologized in any way. Thank goodness for NYPD. BEWARE of this garage."

"Tried to scam me hard here. Prepaid parking on their website for $35, showed them the QR code which should have brought the bill to $0, but they wouldn’t let me have my car unless I paid the tax on the full meter charge by time. Kept saying “Call the office on Monday”. Gee. I don’t have enough to do …now I have to spend half an hour on the phone to fix something they could have made right in 20 seconds on the cash register!"

"Rude staff, doesn’t honor spot hero reservations even though they accepted it when I arrived and then charged me $15 extra, even though I tried to pick up my car at 930pm and my reservation didn’t end until midnight."

"Racist. The service is the worst in NYC. Despite Valet person is rude, they won’t forget to ask you for tip, such a shame. I have never experienced that, ever. Highly NOT recommend this parking place."

"Nightmarishly third-world, with one solitary attendant actually sprinting up and down the ramp (yes, the same ramp along which cars squeeze by in BOTH directions as pedestrians skirt the walls, desperately hoping not to get pureed by some NJer's SUV) to open manually the garage's gate, until which you're trapped in a line-up for fifteen minutes, as the incoming line-up on the garage's exterior gets longer and longer. Despite all that, somehow there are lots of luxurious cars like Bentley, Lamborghini, Alfa Romeo and Maserati taking their chances here."
