Gotham Parking

"It was my first time using Gotham Parking last night. We had birthday dinner reservations and decided to drive into the city. Upon arriving, we pulled in and inquired with Miguel about parking and pricing. He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable with answering all my questions. Great parking garage with reliable attendants. Will definately keep them in mind for next time."

"Good morning, My name is Scott boone. I parked my vehicle yesterday around 7pm to return back around 11. I paid my fees to the valet attendant and I asked for change from a twenty dollar to provide a tip. Attendant brings my car from right right side of the garage because another blocked my vehicle. I left the garage to head home for the evening and noticed something was missing from my car. I always keep bottle of cologne in my cup holder. I rushed back because i knew for sure i left it in there. Upon arrival i question the two gentlemen like “hey my cologne is missing.” Both attendants acted as if i was imagining this. The attendant then goes to left side of the garage where my car wasn’t parked and magically comes out with it. As customer I’m trusting you guys with safety of my vehicle inside and out. I’ve never experienced such bad service in my life. I would like to have an area manager or corporate reach out me because I’m sure this not the first instance."

"Used SpotHero app to reserve and pay for my parking from10pm to 2am. When I pull in to the parking garage they said they close at 12am and said I have to cancel my reservation for a refund. I found out their open 24-7 and could have saved me the trouble from making another reservation near by. First of all the parking attendant was rude and did not give the correct information initially and . said it would cancel automatically. This dude does not deserve to work there if he is not willing to service customers with respect.. NOT GOOD!"

"DO NOT COME HERE,I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. On a beautiful Saturday this is one of many parking lots available close to the Intrepid so I figured why not but as I pulled in and spoke to the parking attendant about how much it would cost to be there for about 3 hours he said $45. I told him the price was so high he then told me I can go up couppe of blocks and it'll be cheaper. He also said if I didn't like it I can call and complain to the manager, well I said I would. Then I guess he didn't like my response because he then took the parking ticket from me and told me to leave after I already exited the vehicle with my three passengers and toddler. Not phased by his action because I said no problem it's no skin off my back to not give my coins to a service that doesn't deserve it. FYI check your parking attendants attitude this area is mostly filled with tourists so if you're treating me a New Yorker like this Lord only knows what he says to people visiting. terrible customer service never experienced such service like this before for a parking garage."
