"Money greed, they will STEAL your money and you can’t do much about it. Call the cops on them or report to consumer affairs!! They don’t disclose any additional prices and you will end up paying much more even with a QR code bought on the app. Avoid these people and their awful service"

"Incompetent staff that do not know how to correctly run the computers or the system will cost you money. I paid through parkwhiz for this garage. We ended up staying another night, I paid for the extra night through parkwhiz again. I went down on the original checkout day to let them know we were extending our stay and to show them the new booking. They said everything was fine and I would be OK to check out the next day. Well come the next day upon trying to leave, they told me I owed $120 for the extra night. I showed them all the reciepts and explained I even came down the previous day to make sure everything was OK. He said the previous day should have closed out one booking and started a new one for the next night. After arguing with him for 45 minutes I reluctantly paid $60 to get my car so we could leave. He told me to contact the main office to request a refund since he could not change anything in the computer. So, here I am a week later, 4 emails to the company and 3 different phone calls with no response or anyone answering the phone. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETE RIP OFF. I WILL NEVER PARK WITH MPG AGAIN!"

"Do NOT go here. They absolutely stole money from my car. It was only $8 and I'd already been several blocks away when I noticed but it was without a doubt these people that stole it. I literally placed the money in the glove box before I pulled into the garage. Lowlifes"
