"Incompetent staff that do not know how to correctly run the computers or the system will cost you money. I paid through parkwhiz for this garage. We ended up staying another night, I paid for the extra night through parkwhiz again. I went down on the original checkout day to let them know we were extending our stay and to show them the new booking. They said everything was fine and I would be OK to check out the next day. Well come the next day upon trying to leave, they told me I owed $120 for the extra night. I showed them all the reciepts and explained I even came down the previous day to make sure everything was OK. He said the previous day should have closed out one booking and started a new one for the next night. After arguing with him for 45 minutes I reluctantly paid $60 to get my car so we could leave. He told me to contact the main office to request a refund since he could not change anything in the computer. So, here I am a week later, 4 emails to the company and 3 different phone calls with no response or anyone answering the phone. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPLETE RIP OFF. I WILL NEVER PARK WITH MPG AGAIN!"
