"Please see these pictures and change your mind about parking here !! THEY WILL LITERALLY DESTROY YOUR CAR!!!!!! Dropped my car off to attend a concert in Carngie hall & got back after 4 hours. They made me and my friends wait for almost an hour & when the attendant brought my car back, I noticed the right bumper was hit and the right was colored in red !! I immediately asked for the manager, and I was informed he was not present on site. A week after somebody called me from the company and promised me that the company will take care of the damage, But guess what ???? That was it !! Since then, I have been emailing him, but he is not answering my call. I wish I had parked on the street!! STRONGLY UNRECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"As soon as I had given the keys for the attendant to park my car, he immediately rubbed my driver side tire on the curb as he was driving it into the elevator. Fast forward to when I picked up the car, everything was fine, the attendants were nice, got my car at a good time (not too long, maybe 5 minutes), but that was until I saw my car. They had hit another car with my car scratching and peeling off the paint from the passenger side of my front bumper. After talking to the staff no manager was available on site as they don't work weekends or something, and now calling the number given to me, and the number listed on this Google page it doesn't even go through. Before there are claims of me doing this before coming here, they had only marked off a small mark on the passenger door (which actually just turned out to be a dirt mark), and this is a brand new car with less than 3500km at the time. At the end of the day, yes it has the best rates when staying at the Salisbury Hotel as you get discounted rates, but if this is how they're going to handle my situation and not have an active number or manager to contact, this is unacceptable. (Called their number and the number given to me at least 10 times before posting this) Would much rather take the risk of parking on the streets and paying the price. Would not park again/10"
