"Online rate and discussed rate different at check out. Added $15/night saying a minivan is oversized. Raised rates based on event at hotel. Beware of bringing a vehicle for your stay. Would recommend elsewhere for parking down the road is $35/day vs their $110/day. Parking management not at all helpful and getting surprised with a bill almost as much as your room stay does not feel good. Also will not help with bags. We watched as an elderly lady struggled with her luggage and not one parking employee offered her help. We helped. Poor business"

I asked how the valet service worked as well as early bird special for the next day. The people working there were all very friendly and had no problem answering any of my questions.
