"I would give 0 stars if that was an option. Rafael H was disgusting rude to our group. We were not told that our car was considered an oversized vehicle (a 2-door bronco that fits in any spot) which there was an up-charge of $12 extra on top of parking fee of 3 hours plus vehicle. And Rafael H said that it said it on the outside. As you see from the outside (see photo) there was no indication of an up-charge. Upon arrival the attendant took the key, we asked do we need to go up to the register and he said no. We took that as the price that was outside the lot, was the price. Clearly that was misleading. Regardless Rafael H yelled and was not understanding and did not care that his staff did not notify us. They are just taking peoples money without notifying and it's unacceptable. Don't go here unless you want to be ripped off."

"The rudest individuals I’ve ever had to deal with work here. The price is competitive, but the guys that work there mocked me when I arrived to pick up my car because all I said was “Hi I’m here to pick up my car” without immediately taking out my ticket, instead he mimicked how I asked and said “you don’t just pick up a car wheres your proof” and walked away from me. Thanks for the terrible customer service. You don’t deserve business."

"They scammed us, they told us a price when we arrived, then overcharged us by DOUBLE when we went to take the vehicle and held our vehicle hostage. There was also multiple things missing including change from the center console. They didn't answer when we reached out to them for a make good. Scammers and horrible people."
