"I went to the Lincoln Center location 62nd Street the 23rd of March it was very busy lines were long, but the assistant manager Jenet remained very professional, courteous, extremely calm, and very well spoken!!! Not only was it her and her professionalism it was her staff as well. I understand how frustrating it can be at night Jenet the assistant manager was extremely professional got my son and I out in a timely manner!!! Great job Jenet and staff I will definitely be back!!!"

"I pay $600 per month to park here and have only ever had bad experience when dealing with the managers or customer service. I submitted a parking tax exemption form, and two months later, they continue to illegally charge parking tax. Customer service takes no action to fix the matter."

"If you can help it DO NOT PARK HERE! As I went in to park, a worker asked to search my car. I opened the trunk and he told me that I was not allowed to have a gas can even though it was empty. Any person who is a driver in NY (probably most places as well) knows that it's safe to have a gas can in the car in case it breaks down. I told him repeatedly that the gas can was empty. Most drivers do NOT carry around full gas cans as obviously that's not safe. He told me that I wasn't allowed in, and that I had to get rid of the gas can. I told him that I was not going to get rid of the gas can. He explained that it was "policy" and brought over a supervisor. two supervisors in what appeared to be formal uniforms appeared, and inspected the empty gas can, telling me I could then go. They said "oh, it's empty". They then said, "have a nice day". At this point I was both angry and late to my concert because of an empty gas can. After the concert, I decided to stay beyond my ticket time, and of course expected to have late fees. The late fees cost even more than the original price, which, was annoying, but I know it's expensive in NY, so, fine no problem. I paid the fee, and told the attendant repeatedly that the ticket did not print out properly as my printer was not working. She gave me a receipt and I got my car. As I tried to leave, the scanner ONLY accepted QR code receipts, and the woman came over saying "you need to show the code, not the receipt". AGAIN I told her "We just had a whole 10 minute conversation about how I DON'T have the receipt". After about a minute she finally let me go. DO NOT go here if you can help it. The workers are incompetent and the service is a ripoff."
