"Truly terrible customer service. Avoid the tall skinny Latin guy with short dark curly hair who works night shifts — he’s extremely rude and condescending. Always grumpy and with a bad attitude. He ignored me and proceeded to help other customers, and then he cussed me out with a lot of “f-bombs” and pretty much kicked me out. Never going back there again. Save yourselves the time and money."

"Attended a soccer game 1 block away and the parking process was simple and easy. The price was very fair and I saved a lot of time. The car was near the exit so pickup was quick and easy. Attendant was friendly. I didn't see any other employees but it wasn't busy either."

"I wish I could give zeros stars, this business is short staffed. The staff they do have is unprofessional and rude, and only cater to their friends or those they deem elite. They refused to grab cars in the order in which they are parked. I waited along with several black Women for my car to be retrieved for 30+ mins and when I spoke to staff they belittled me, and all the other women waiting in line. They park cars wherever, disregarded their full capacity and kept accepting cars, to the point some cars were parked on the sidewalk. They have absolutely no behavior, and no decorum. Henry (the attendant) taunted us to call management and said he didn’t care… then he said “this is why people like us can’t progress”… verbatim… if I were you I would never park my car in this garage. I will also be reporting this business to 311."
