"My experience as really pretty good. reserved through spot hero, my car is a small Audi sedan there were no hidden fees. Valet parking made things really easy. Staff gave clear instructions for everything. Arrived early morning and left late at night and there was always someone there to help."

I did everything I could to avoid it because every time I came here I was yelled at for one thing or another. I am SO happy I will never have park here again. I ask that you find another option."
"The parking lot attendant was a pleasant and patient gentleman. However, two big issues: 1. If you do not pre-pay through the app/website, parking here will run you $75; 2. One side of my car was badly scratched because the lot is very small, and maneuvering around is very difficult."
"If I could rate this place a NEGATIVE I would. Please please save yourself the hassle and DO NOT PARK IN THIS GARAGE. They do not honor their prices. Paid 28 dollars for three hrs through spot hero. Upon arrival I showed the parking attendant the code and he said he would have to charge me another 15 dollars for having a larger car. I agreed. I returned two hrs later( did not even stay three hrs). When I went to go pay the extra 15 dollars the manager who said his name was Alejandro charged me another 55 dollars. When I explained to Alejandro that I already paid through spot hero he was EXTREMELY RUDE and EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL . I asked him to refund the extra money and he said no and walked away. The prices here may seem cheap but you will get scammed if you want your car back."
