"I drove into the garage, which has a steep, thin drive path. I got down to the attendant booth. He asked me if I had a reservation, and I told him I didn't. So I picked up my phone to simply tap on another garage to go to. In under 15 seconds, the attendant starting yelling at me, saying I had to leave in case someone else wanted to come in. I said that it would only take a few seconds, but he kept yelling at me, then starting cursing at me. I said, "Fine, I'll go. Can I please just go into the garage a little bit more so I can turn my car around?" He said that wasn't going to happen, continued to curse at me, and said I had to drive up the steep driveway backwards, which had other cars lining the other side of the drive. So, I did just that. I contacted Icon about the extremely rude attendant, and they said I was in the wrong. Even though there's video of the incident showing that I was only there for a few seconds, and that he wouldn't let me turn around, he'd lied to them and told them I had opted to do it that way. This all is about a week or two after another Icon garage BROKE MY NEW SUNGLASSES. At this other garage, I parked with them, came back, paid, and went to put on my sunglasses. One of the legs was almost completely broken off. When I asked the attendant if he'd broken them, he said, "You have no proof." Icon National said that it was my fault for not removing EVERY item in my car that I didn't want to be broken. This is a bad company with bad employees and bad supervisors. UPDATE FOR OWNER: I already went through Icon customer support for both incidents. Not in so many words, customer support said it was my fault. They didn't apologize for the garage attendant screaming or cursing at me. They ignored the video of the incident that showed me trying to go turn my car around, and being told no."
