"I'm rating this place minus 5 stars before I've even thought I haven't done business with them yet. I reserved a Zipcar that is being held at this location. I spent all day trying to call to make sure my reserved car was ready for pickup at 5am. When I finally got through, They gave me the worst attitude ever. Treated me like I wasn't of any concern to them. They yelled at me saying they are too busy to help me with my questions. These people have the worst customer service. Just based on this one call I'm giving them a bad rating. If they can't respect the customer on the phone then they have no respect for customers in person and probably with treat your car badly.. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE!!"
"Worst experience ever. Left my car overnight and they left the windows down!! Anything could have crawled in; bugs, mice etc. And best of all I drove my car out with a flat tire and I didn't bring it in that way. No flat tire reimbursement, no explanation just bs and excuses. Thanks Merit Parking you suck."
