"I parked my car there last night and had to argue with the person that worked there that my car is not "oversize" and not 4x4. 2011 Ford Escape XLS is not 4x4. It is a 2WD. I understand that in NYC the space is an issue, but after checking out what the other parking companies in NYC consider "oversize", my car was not on any of those lists. ."
"Scratched our car! We left our parent's brand new car here for one day and came back to find it had a nice big ole scratch on the driver's door. Came back to complain and they were rude to us, denied responsibility and then told us there was video footage but wouldn't show it to us. They wouldn't even refund us for the parking fee. If you value your car, don't park here."
