"This garage is long overdue for some upgrades. Parts of garage is currently under construction. Be careful taking the stairs. As stated before this place needs upgrades."
"VERY cramped and tight spaces, your car will 10000% get hit here, mine already has been scraped by someone less than 1 week of parking here. There are no cameras. The corners to turn into a higher/lower level are 1 car wide which means it’s very hard to see if someone else is driving toward the corner and it’s dangerous."
"Outstanding service!. Carlos in lot "B" took care of my car like it was his own. They took pictures of the front and back of my vehicle before and checked it again when they returned it to me. I will ask for him again when I return."
"The valet at this garage damaged my car. He put a large scratch in the front bumper. I filed a complaint with the manager, Daisy Alequin, and I was told that I would receive an email response in 3-5 days. It has now been over a week with no response. It is very unfortunate that the employees at this garage have zero respect for their customers' property and attempt to ignore the damage they cause."
