"The owner is literally the rudest person I've ever interacted with in my life. We signed up for long term, monthly. We called in advance to get our car out to go out for my gf's birthday, and he literally yelled at me for over a minute, saying "you said you'd only need the car on weekends!", going on and on "no no no!..." . Like, cartoonishly rude. I couldn't even get a word in so I just hung up and we gave up on our plans. When we later went to get the car, they brought it out and we were told "you can't park here any more, here's your check". They said it was because one of their attendants was allergic to the dog hair in our vehicle. Likely story. Anyway, there's another garage on Broadway and 175th that is the same price, and is VERY friendly and professional. We've been very pleased with it. Look for the "24 hour parking" sign."

"Don't park your car there, very bad. I paid more than $ 3000 dollars to fix my car after I parked over there. They never admitted that it happened there. Their videos are very bad quality you can barely see the car. Bad management, very very crowded."
