Bergen County Collision

"I can not explain how much of a mistake it was to use Bergen Colission. It took me over a month to get my car back, it took days and multiple attempts to get any type of response, they milked my insurance for every possible cent which doubled my insurance policy cost and it was overall a miserable experience. I am just writing this review to warn you about what I wish I knew. I ended up telling a friend about my frustration about 3 weeks into the ordeal and they said "oh no, we almost went to them but they quoted me 3x what I paid BMW to get done". If I could do things over I would have gone to BMW but I can not unfortunately."

He gave me a quote for the job that was extremely affordable and he had the job finished when he promised. "I have had a good experience using Bergen County Collision services multiple times with mine and my family cars. Alex and Natasha are friendly, responsive and people you can count on. Not only when you are a paying customer but also if you have some car questions and stop by just to ask. Like today I came down with my 4RUNNER and Alex spent 20 min under the rain to answer my questions and even more. He did not push me to fix my tailgate at his place, he did not charge me any money for taking his time and I felt comfortable to ask all I needed. And lastly I told him before he came out that I am planning to fix the car on my own and he had no issue to just answer my questions!"

"Recently I was in a car accident and the police called this company to tow my car. Alex came and efficiently hooked up my car , cleaned up the street and clearly explained what I needed to do and when to contact them about the car. Later I realized they didn't have my key so I went there. Natasha gave me really useful information on dealing with the insurance company. She also helped set expectations by sharing that the parts supply chain had slowed alot and work was backed up sometimes weeks just waiting for parts. She even suggested that I may want to check other repair shops. I appreciated her candor and openess."
