"Horrible service. Take your car at your own Risk. Ryan the manager is very unprofessional. I had them do work on my car. Car was returned to me making knocking sounds. Went back and Ryan claimed it was not from work he had done. Told me it was my struts I took car to where I had my struts warranteed, and they told me it was the axle Ryan had put in. Ryan would not speak with the mechanic who worked on struts. Took back to Ryan told him to please check it because it is not the struts. Without looking at the car he stated he will not do anything his work is good. Will not do business with us. Told me IF MY HUSBAND came to Meineke, he would have him removed. He would not speak with the mechanic that did my struts. Yet my car was in need of repair. I came home and called Ryan to see what we could do, and he is the one who worked on my car and returned it in bad condition. He hung up on me. He was quick to take the money and then not back up the work. I then took my car to Meineke in Fair Lawn. Michelle the manager was very professional and they were able yo fix the issue promptly at no charge. Bottom line Ryan took our money for a job that was done poorly. Didn't honor any warranty for service and then threatened to have my husband removed if he came to Meineke. DO NOT GO to ENGLEWOOD MEINEKE."

"Super rude and unhelpful. I asked if they could flush my transmission fluid since I needed to change fluid after break in period on a brand new built transmission, instead they try to lecture me on how that is a lie from other shops lol. Wish I could leave 0 stars. I recommend trying the Rochelle Park Meineke. The people over there are actually friendly and willing to help you."

"I stop by Meineke on my way to work to check exhaust system on my car. I was very comfortable talking to the manger at Meineke Center in Englewood, so I end up doing way more than initially planned. They checked and confirmed whatever I asked them for and job was completed same day. After few days of driving I can see that job was done well. Most likely I will stop there again for my next service."
