"Peter Toso, the manager of ValetNJ at the cherry hill mall, knowingly and willfully allowed an employee with a pending covid test to work as a valet driver on the night of march 12th. The employee got his results the next morning and tested positive. The employee is quarantining, the other employee working alongside Andreas is quarantining and getting tested. However, Peter is not following either of those guidelines and is saying, QUOTE "I am not showing symptoms so I don't need to quarantine." Nor is he getting a test to see if he is positive after prolonged exposure. He also had extended conversations with his mask down with the said infected individual. His recklessness and refusal to follow proper covid guidelines is a risk that should not be present in an occupation that requires running between cars and then sitting in said cars and potentially breathing heavily and infecting a customer's vehicle."
