"In the fall, my tire pressure sensor went off and I have a one year old to keep safe, so I called the Firestone down the block to see if they could quickly check it; they were so rude I’d never go back. That led me to this Meineke … they took me immediately and patched my tire for free while the baby played in the waiting room… they were so kind. I knew I needed new tires soon and there’s no where else I would’ve gone. They’re nice, efficient, flexible… and they don’t mind my toddler. Deshaun (sp?) was very helpful and patient."

"“Hello, Yesterday I traveled to your meineke repair facility in which the first repair person ran a diagnostic and told me and I needed new tires, and alignment and possibly new breaks. which seemed very strange to me since a few months ago I had changed the brakes and discs In the neon eke locations Rochelle park. I came back today in which I spoke with someone else and they told me that my car was fine (no new tires needed, breaks and alignment fine). It’s odd how in less than a day I received two separate and opposite diagnostic results from the same franchise shop. They can’t both be correct but it appears the gentleman on the first day either didn’t know what he was doing or intentionally trying to up-sell unneeded services. I wanted to provide these details to customer care because other people may be getting incorrect diagnosis for their cars as well. I am somewhat disappointed that I almost spent unneeded money potentially fix my car, which is making me consider using a different service in the future.
