You're better off parking miles away and walking to your destination before trusting this joke of a company with your car. Wish I could leave zero stars."

"They have no ocean for the customer. My key was not on the board and it took about 15 minutes before they were able to locate the person who had the key. Then it took another q5 minutes to get the car and then they had four cars ahead of my car that they were to park before I could move out. It has been 40 minutes that I came out and I am still sitting in my car as my exit is blocked by them by the cars they are still to pRk ."

"Do not let this valet company park your car!! They will not pay for your damages or take responsibility when they are at fault. I went to Arigato's on 12/28/18 which only allows valet parking and uses Tri-State Elite Valet. I picked up my car from the driver after dinner and noticed the passenger side of my car destroyed! There was a huge red slash/dent across both front and rear door! I spoke to the valet driver and he lied straight to my face and told me that the damage was already there. I recently just got this car, less than 2 months. It was all a lie because I went into the restaurant and requested to see the security video which clearly shows him crashing my car into a parked car three times while trying to park my car. I called the police and while waiting for them to arrive, the other vehicle which he hit, came back. The other driver didn’t realize their vehicle was damaged until they got home and of course wasn’t told at the time that their vehicle was damaged. Police report was filed as a Hit and Run, same valet driver listed for both vehicles, and video evidence was provided to the police. Trying to get the someone to take responsibility for the damage was the hardest part! The restaurant didn’t have the valet company’s insurance information on file and trying to get that information directly from the valet company was impossible. The owner Dan and manager Fabio, at first ignored my calls and texts and later on stated they did not want to give me their insurance information because they did not want to pay for their deductible or be responsible for a higher premium. They finally informed me that they would pay out of pocket but gave me an ultimatum of only going to their 1-star auto body shop or do nothing about it. They even had the audacity to have someone named Steve call to harass me telling me I'm illegally trying to get money from them and can't afford an attorney to get this case settled! I even went to three other shops to get estimates, which all were very close to being similar from the original estimate from my shop. "In New Jersey, the vehicle owner has the right to choose any repair shop for the repair of that vehicle" but instead ignored me. They paid for the other vehicle's repair but not mine because the estimate was too much for them to pay for. After going back and forth with the valet company for 3 months about my damages, I decided to process a claim through my insurance company and have them deal with the valet company. Fortunately, my adjuster was able to make a claim against them! I have texts between the valet company and I, as proof of their unprofessional conduct. Total nightmare!!!"
