"Machine I rented did not work. The belt must have been off or tensioner loose, blade would spin but was very weak. Called and they were going to send a service tech out in a few hours. I told them nevermind and returned it within an hour and a half of renting it. I did receive a full refund, but the hassle was enough to make me never consider renting from there again."

"Service is horrible. They don't maintain their equipment. His rule is if it ain't broke don't fix it. Or in some occasions even when broke "it'll be fine" drove around a truck for just over a month with a flat. Do not recommend for any type of employment or to do any business with them. 90% of the feed on the floor is expired. They make up prices as they go for everything."
"Just a heads up on the little scam they got going on if you pick up a piece of equipment on Saturday, they will kindly put two days down for you. They're not open on Sunday except for an appointment only. Just read all the fine print because they are different from most rental places where the weekend is a one-day rental. I was trying out the local business guess I'll stick with the national companies. Responding to your response when I picked up the equipment I questioned why it was so much and your employee told me there was a deposit fee nothing about a 2 day rental. That's why I'm telling people to read the all the print. If you were truly sorry for the confusion you would have offered to at least let me show you I only used it for a day or done something about the over charge"
"I’ve rented two pieces of equipment in the last month here. On the first rental I need to call in order to get a fair amount of my deposit returned. Bit of a red flag but gave them the benefit of the doubt it was a clerical error. Rented a lift yesterday from them they needed a deposit on it the night before, there was an issue getting the card to go through over the phone gave them another card and everything worked fine. Showed up Friday morning to pick it up, the person helping my coworkers asked if there was power on site as they were told by prior customers had complained the battery wasn’t holding charge. Once they got the unit on site the unit would not self level on a newly paved parking lot. They finished up what they could at the site not utilizing the equipment. They brought it back to their yard and the machine operated as it should have. The owner immediately with out being asked said there would be no refund. I stopped in later to talk with the store as I was not part of the pick up or drop off and was immediately met with hostility. I was also threatened they would respond to any negative reviews, that I was yelling and screaming in their store which is far from the truth, also threatened to say my card was declined. ( there was in an issue with one of my cards clearing over the phone but they were paid in full with a card tied to the same account) If you decide to rent from them read your contract and follow the steps carefully if the machine doesn’t perform. Also check on your deposit refunds. These people are looking to get into your pockets with giving the absolute least customer service."
