"I have a family member that lives in one of their properties, and I can't believe someone would rent these places out.. according to several neighbors I've spoken to have said most, or all of the properties should be condemned. All the neighbors stated how the owners make the house look livable, so that the tenants move in, and then refuse to fix anything that goes wrong.. for example they'll paint the ceilings to cover up a leaking roof, use floor leveler where the floors are starting to warp, place plywood under sinks where there been excessive water damage (they don't even bother screwing it down. You can lift the wood and see the ground), they use tape to secure wood paneling to walls, they leave exposed live wires... I've never seen anything like it. How do they get away with it?!?"

"very unprofessional. been known to use child labor for cutting cost. if you a order a modular home they Will not properly install it. if you live in one off their rentals you'll deal with them harassing you even when your rent is paid in advance. then they proceed to cob-job the issue and try to charge you for their mistakes. I'm aware of several people's homes catching fire due to their "professional handy man"that don't have proper tools to do electric work. honestly who leaves 220v showing bare wire after a repair?"
