"It ok trailer park but my rent has always been paid either my wife or dss......The management isn't good my wife told the manager cousin Linda our trailer needs to get fixed and they said there was no damage to roof but there is water damage throughout the trailer I'm in and doesn't wanna put me and family in a different trailer so the trailer I'm in Code enforcement is condemning the trailer and I have 14 days to move out and the manager/landlord Todd Redhead and his cousin Linda isn't helping me and my family out I guess they kicking us out for their mistakes...."
"I've been living here for about a month. Trailers are alright, normal bug problems and couple things that need fixing. But nothing too bad."
"The park has homes way too close together. The entrance and roads in and out of the park are horrible. It's like they use the potholes as speed bumps. Only thing is, the holes are so big in places that a low riding vehicle could do major damage to their undercarriage. If I didn't have friends living there, I'd never go there again. I like my suspension where it is and fully functional."
"The landlord is a slumlord lived here for over five years in three different trailers and every winter the heat don't work. I have 3 young children in the house from 5 months old to 10 told the landlord about this issue back in September of 16 that the heater ducks weren't attached thru the house from one aide to the other . moved in October of 16 and every was fixed up nice to look good for HUD to come look at it and then we had a big wind storm and they all were detached again and now almost 2 years later still don't have it fixed ."
