"One of my new favorite spas to go to. Their food menu has a wide array of options but for lunch and dinner. Only one breakfast option of a fruit platter for over $20. The food is pricey but delicious. They have multiple saunas and it truly feels you’re in different parts of the world. Their Osman pools and hydrotherapy pools are amazing. This is much cheaper and more convenient to go to compared to Sojo. I cannot wait to go again. Their massages are pricey but more affordable than Sojo Spa. I did the couples massage and it was amazing and relaxing. Thank you to Victoria and Dara (sorry if I got their names incorrectly). They let me come late and did not give me any problems for the tardiness. Customer Service from the check in and food to cleaning were so polite. It smells wonderful all around and they clean it every so often that you can be barefoot if you choose. The showers are super clean, and they provide you with a robe, magnetic band as a key to your locker, and a towel and pool towels as well. I 100% recommend this spa. I also enjoyed their plunge pool!"
"We received a gift card from our children. We decided to get a massage and to explore the facilities. We enjoyed all the rooms and the excellent staff who directed us through them. The couples massage was excellent and I enjoyed May, who was excellent. My husband also enjoyed his provider. We ate lunch there and everything was delicious. We stayed an extra 3 hours since our massage included only one extra hour. Each hour cost an extra 50 dollars to use the facility. It seemed like plenty of time to use the rooms as well as to relax. Would definitely come again."
"I recently visited a spa that left me thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, I appreciated the practicality of their system—my belongings were safely stored in a special closet accessible with a wristband provided at reception, ensuring I didn't have to worry about losing a key. The snow room was a serene highlight, with its gentle snowfall adding to the tranquility. The food exceeded expectations; the fresh salad was delightful, and the truffle-infused fried rice was simply amazing. This spa is perfect for couples or a girls getaway. With its variety of rooms and activities, it's a delightful place to enjoy together and create lasting memories. Overall, my experience was fantastic, and I left feeling completely satisfied."
"As the name suggests, you can enjoy a variety of spa experiences from around the world here. The facility is clean, and it’s a mixed-gender area where you wear swimsuits to enjoy the different amenities. Personally, I recommend spending time in the Finnish sauna, then cooling off in the single-person cold bath, and finally relaxing in the music-filled sauna. There’s also a central plaza surrounded by various saunas and spas where you can enjoy a beer. The service is wonderful, and I look forward to spending a full day here next time. *Note: The area around the facility can be a bit unsafe, so please be cautious when you visit."
"Really clean, lovely facilities. I came in the middle of the week and there was no wait for anything. Nicely populated without being overly so. Compared to Sojo Spa, it's overall smaller and doesn't have a co-working / conference area. It does have far better food though! Great, varied food selection and desserts!! Unlike other spas, you get unlimited towels and a robe! There are also slippers and swimsuits available for purchase. Everything is co-ed, except the locker rooms. There are not gender segregated bath areas like at other spas. Showers are private, and they don't have those seated Korean style showers. None of the saunas is very hot which I don't mind but some people probably wouldn't like that."
