"As Im walking and needing a haircut I noticed a sign saying something like a "European experience". I decided to go in and had to say hello while being stared for 2 seconds before I was greeted but i could not ignore the leather seats ,beige walls complimented by black trim,big mirrors and plants which was nice. I removed my jacket and hat and was not directed to where I could hang them so placed it on the chair ,which did not bother me being that I was the only customer at the time. So I walk to the barbers chair take a seat. The barber did not introduce herself or give me her name, I was not asked what my name was, or if it was my first time there,being that I was such an unfamiliar face. So the haircut begins I told her what I needed and then to finish it off with a razor , she said she did not use a razor Which was very disappointing being the high price of 16$ and the fact that it has become the new standard in the haircut industry on how to finish haircuts. (although she was very nice) . while the haircut continues I could not ignore the man who was watching the travel channel on surround sound on high volume for the duration of my haircut. Even though I was expecting some european classical music to add to my "experience ". Overall when I have left other haircut businesses , I leave there feeling "fresh" "confident" "a new man" so to speak . At the cutting edge with the lack of service not asking if I wanted to shave my face or touch up my eyebrows or usage of a razor or shaving cream plus the high price , I left with just a basic haircut and wanting more. if asked would I go there again unfortunately I would not."

"Excellent services. Been coming here for years. Only qualm is that tonight I decided I needed a cut, so I walked a nice distance from my house to get there. The first google result that came up said that they are open until 8pm. I got there at 6:41 and it was closed. Please fix that. It's not cool to inconvenience people like that."
