"I sincerely wish I could give 0 stars. I loved my stylist she was very nice, I really have nothing negative to say about my customer service experience. However, I came in asking for a decently big cut (a long bob which I showed pictures of), and I knew I would be losing quite a bit of hair. Unfortunately for me, I ended up leaving the salon with a choppy mess. I didn't realize how bad it was until I got to my Mom's. (after paying and tipping) My Mom took a picture to show me how uneven and unblended the back was. The front wasn't terrible, but it was also choppy, just not as bad. I ended up having to go to another salon to have it fixed and spending more money after paying full price plus tip for a haircut that was just not up to par with what I would've expected from a small salon. I also ended up having to have my hair cut FAR shorter than I wanted it to be, because that was the only way the other salon could fix it. In the end I'm really disappointed and although I haven't requested my money back yet, since I was getting my hair cut for an event and was busy most of the day today, I will be asking for a full refund. I will also be attaching pictures of what I asked for and what the back of my hair looked like. I wish I could say this experience was better. I hate leaving bad reviews, I hate feeling like that rude a**hole that isn't happy with anything, but I really found this unacceptable and just not what I thought I deserved after putting my trust into this salon."

"My friend recommended me to this salon and it was truly an amazing experience. I have very long hair and very skeptical of even getting my hair cut no matter where I go. I asked Jessica, my hairdresser to cut me a style with long layers and a nice angle style in the front. She told me don`t worry I will only cut off how much you show me to. She is EXCELLENT! m y hair looked so gorgeous. She was the nicest hairdresser I have ever had and very sweet and caring. I walked out the salon and went shopping, I got so many stares and about 5 people gave me compliments and asked me where did I get it done. I told them Salon ambiance on rossville avenue and I gave them Jessica`s name . She is really " celebrity material" when she cuts . Absoluteley Gorgeous job Jessica. Thank you so very much!
