"Maybe I had a one off bad experience, but really can’t understand why this place is rated so highly. I had a gut feeling I was going to hate my hair after driving through what looked like a post-apocalyptic war zone to get there, and the cheap and outdated aesthetic I was greeted by upon arrival. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was my stylists first day on the job as she barely made conversation with me the entire time, then proceeded to dye my hair blond (not even a nice looking one and took it up to a noticeable line below my root making it look grown out) after I showed her a picture of the subtle brunette highlights I wanted. Oh, and she cut my hair completely unevenly. I should have said something but I was so upset and just wanted to leave and go home as quickly as I could when all was said and done. I’ll be spending the rest of my weekend finding someone who can fix the tragedy that my hair is right now."

"15 years ago Michele did my hair for my best friends wedding and I have been going to her ever since. Michele did my hair for my wedding and Nikki also did my bridal party. When she does my hair, I always walk out of there happy. She always gives me her honest opinion and points me in the right direction with what to do with my hair. If there are times that I can't go to her I trust the other stylists to do my hair as well. Everyone there treats you like family. I recently moved to New Jersey and I still travel to Serenity to get my hair done."
