Reviews of Scioto Mile Fountain
"My family from Pennsylvania met us here because it's in the middle from Indiana. It was a great experience we all loved the fountain felt very safe There was plenty of security."
"I love this park it's so clean and beautiful. My family and I had a wonderful time at the African Fest. The live music was great. We had a nice picnic and my boys played football there was water the kids could play in it's just an all around nice park"
"The fountain and the fog machine are fabulous. It's quite a site and very enjoyable to sit here for a bit on a hot day. The kids playing and shouting were having a grand time too. The challenges are parking (it's not free) and not being the creepy old guy looking at kids playing in the fountain."
"I don't give a 5 too often but ever since they redid the Scioto Fountain it's really fun. It's not huge but the kids love it and we'll....the adults were having a lot of fun too. They also have security there making sure everyone is safe and following rules. If you don't have the money and with as hot as it is this is top of my list to suggest. Only thing is parking. Alot of it you have to pay for unless you walk or bike there."
"Visited the fountain that just opened and was so impressed! There's a ten minute break at the fifty minute mark every hour where the water stops, accompanied but an announcement reminding visitors to take bathroom and water breaks. Music plays from speakers all around the fountain. There are also security people on site (which I appreciate). Very popular on a hot day. Great place to visit for free and cool off."
