"Paul and Tim were excellent! I highly recommend these two very personable technicians who's experience and common sense was instrumental in figuring out the cause of my roof leak which three other people before them could not determine. For several years I have had an ongoing problem with moisture on an interior ceiling which eventually progressed to a drip. It only happened in rain storms that had high winds. It has remained a mystery to two highly recommended roof companies and insurance adjusters alike who could only guess but could never recreate and conclusively find where exactly the water was coming in. Paul and Tim ran a flood test in a different manner than all the rest had done. Within a minute, their suspicions were confirmed as to the cause and the solution. It was indeed related to high winds and driving rain as I suspected. How wonderful to have someone figure out the specifics of what was happening and to be able to recommend to my insurance company a resolution! Now I can finally have the interior ceiling repaired! I am so grateful to them and so relieved!"

Its nice to have someone come into your home and communicate well with you on what they will be doing and talk with you about any questions you have like Rich did. Today was a great experience and my issue was resolved in a short period of time. Everything was clean and back to normal when Rich left which is not always the case when you have home repairs done.
