"Driver purposefully drove into my yard (I’m a neighbor of a customer) then claimed the damage done (8 inch divots in lawn) was “just grass”. Company refuses to respond to calls regarding how they intend to solve it and reprimand the driver. Wouldn’t touch with a 10 foot pole."

"Crew came out to open our pool, removed leaves from bottom with skimmer. On the next day I went to continue filling the pool and it was almost empty. I was told it was from a gopher, no hole under the RIP, after a second company checked damage, I was told it was not from a gopher. An accident is an accident, just take care of a customer."
