"WAYYY TOO MUCH SHEDDING ! I used to purchase this hair 5-6yrs ago, it was great. I recently purchased (to freshen up a few old pieces - YES they’re still alive lol) BUT the quality has DRASTICALLY changed. The shedding on these newer bundles is endless ! It’s thin and tangly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND! SAVE YOUR MONEY! For now I’d recommend trying ‘House of Bundles’ hair, not 100% satisfied but I’d give them an A-/B+ when it comes to quality and shedding. Good luck ladies .."

"Service was horrible. Their in store sales is not quite a sales, their is a catch. And how they handle their hair products is a mess. Basically they have it in a box not on display so customers can feel it then buy it. They have it in a box every one touch it feel so horrible because you are buying human hair that everyone touches for a expensive price. And the quality on their premium hair, I am sure that there are some great websites or stores that sell great premium hair than them; where you can be satisfied. If you are buying human hair, do you want others touches the hair that you are potentially going to buy? Sometimes when others touches hair that is in a package it looses it values, this is why they put hair on display so that you can touch and then buy. Also, once you figure out that lie about their in store sales, they begin to be rude to you. I buy off websites and their products are great and price is reasonable than her imports. And her imports hair products is okay not great but okay."

"Her imports is the best hair I ever had. My mom, my cousin , and I all wear her imports hair. The hair stays great after multiple install & even after we all bleached it. The hair is very low maintenance and it doesn't shed! The bundles are also very full , each bundle is more than enough hair! I had an amazing experience at this location. The employees were very professional and helpful. My mom , my cousin , and I all brought hair this month ! We are all satisfied and receiving plenty of compliments ! Many people tell my hair looks natural ! I am currently wearing Mongolian tight curl ! I will continue to use Her imports because it's great quality hair & the customer service is to die for !"

"This hair is the only virgin hair that i could rely on hands down to give me the look and feel that i need all the time. The quality of the hair is consistent. The brooklyn location is convenient and the gentleman that works there and is extremely patient and helpful. I've been there twice in the last month. I purchased the Brazilian body wave 18-20-20 And Mongolian tight curl 20-20-20... I'm in love.. I highly recommend them."

"While at Her Imports Brooklyn location the staff was very helpful and efficient. Even thought I was indecisive and didn't know what texture, curl pattern or length the staff was able to help me narrow it down. I have purchased hair multiple times and will continue to purchase. I walked out a happy customer the first time I tried the hair and its been that way ever since. Thanks for great service and great hair."
