"Rick doesn’t know how to ethically operate a business as a wanna be entrepreneur. It’s like a circus with operations, he just needs to do makeup for clowns as he is one. He had the audacity to tell me to sit down and that he would service three other people (his buddies) before me despite walking in before all of them. He does not do appointments but will take people he knows before walk in customers. He’s done this multiple times and will often make some excuse like it’ll be real quick. It’s evident that he does not respect the customer’s time and had me waste an hour and a half. He never showed appreciation for patronizing the business, and is overall unprofessional especially with they way he’ll casually curse, even in front of and at children. Rick doesn’t value the average customer’s time or dollar despite being a customer for over two years. He took advantage of me and is likely to do it to anyone else. The owner’s claim of customers waiting elsewhere is irrelevant and false because when i specifically asked Rick about being ahead of them in line he just disregarded that fact and those same customers were also waiting in the shop with me. I don’t think you understand the idea of walk ins, just because I made a phone call earlier in the day doesn’t mean anything. I can gladly teach you a thing or two in business because your acumen is severely lacking."
