"I recently had a disappointing experience at the Jersey City Massage Envy location. I had accidentally booked multiple appointments, and when I tried to cancel the Jersey City appointment, the manager was uncooperative and inflexible. Despite explaining that it was my birthday treat and I wanted to make the most of it, she insisted on deducting half of the session time. When I asked to speak to a manager, she revealed that she was the manager and proceeded to cancel my appointment, but also informed me that I would be banned from the Jersey City location due to me giving a less than 24 hour notice. I found this response to be excessive and unnecessary. As a customer, I expect good customer service, especially when trying to resolve an honest mistake. In contrast, the Bayonne location has provided me with excellent service, and their staff is friendly and accommodating. I really enjoy the atmosphere too. Unfortunately, I will be giving the Jersey City location a one-star rating and recommending the Bayonne location instead."
