"I came here about a year ago with very low self esteem when it came to my hair. I would only wear my hair in a bun to cover my hair loss. When Tia took a look at me she said she make extensions work, I was excited to start the journey. I was a little hesitant to say the least because I had already tried extensions and they were extremely painful and they didn’t look natural at all. With Tia there was 0 pain and a phenomenal turn out. She gave me my confidences back plus my hair flip. Javi gives me the best hair washes EVER!! Would recommend this place to anyone that has suffered from hair loss to check them out because they think out of the box to make sure you walk out of there happy."

"Tia is an extensions wizard and Havier and Dimitri made sure my keratin treatment was perfect. Tia, Dimitri, Havier and Gigi are an amazingly friendly and talented team. They are always incredibly patient, friendly, and understanding with clients. Tia worked to craft a custom plan that I was comfortable with and that was tailored to me and my needs for my K-tip extensions. One time they promptly fixed my hair after getting an awful haircut at a different salon, they worked with me to make sure I was walking out of the salon feeling happy and confident thanks to their creative abilities and skill. If I ever have questions about my extensions they make it incredibly easy for me to reach them as making sure their clients are feeling happy, comfortable and confident is clearly a top priority for them. "I came here last year to get a consultation for my hair for hair extensions. I had breast cancer and I came in after my hair started growing back from chemo. I chose this salon because they advertise that they help post chemo patients with short hair. When I came in, the stylist forced me to uncover my hair from my turban in front of another client, which I was very uncomfortable doing. She forgot my appointment and still was helping her client so she did my consultation in front of everyone in the salon when I was uncomfortable. After that, she started to insult the hair that was growing back. She said by now my hair should’ve grown up much thicker and faster and my hair looked bad. This is extremely distressing and traumatic to say to a cancer patient who is trying to grow out their hair. Everyone has different timelines of hair growth and what is healthy, and the stylist showed a complete lack of self awareness and empathy towards me being a patient. "Highly recommend this place!! I went in after finishing my chemo treatment, and was pretty nervous as I had little hair and was scared to damage it. The hair stylists were the sweetest and took the time to really reassure me about the whole process. I went through with the extensions and was so happy with how it turned out, when I took the extensions off my real hair had grew so much and was so healthy. I could not have been happier with the results and it made me feel like I was really moving on from cancer. Each time I went in the stylists were so nice and always understood my needs.
