"I am extremely disappointed with how management handled the tip portion of my experience. I enjoyed the incredible service of the package; however, coming to my car, sending me texts and calling my phone about a tip is disgusting. There were technical issues on their end with Venmo, which fine what ever … but as I am going about my day to receive MULTIPLE texts and then phone calls about a tip is insane. I Ofcourse tipped as I said I was when I had time to do so, but to chase me this way is unprofessional. I will not be returning."

"This place doesn't deserve to be called " Spa" at all ( reffer to my pictures). After reviewing their reviews, I expected nice place with cosy interior, warm beds, relaxing music and professional massage. I didnt find it here. The room is very small and has an old bed fixed with tape, no warm sheets, towels look like they were washed 1000 times, annoying music from cheap speaker with very bed quality of the sound and etc. This place needs to be renovated asap. Be ready to pay $120 + tax for 90 minutes massage and dont forget to leave at least 20% tips ( it stated on their website, you can check it yourself ). I would definitely not recommend this place! Receptionist is talking to you with some attitude, probably she is the owner of this place."

"Great neighborhood asset, everyone is very friendly and professional. They have reasonable pricing and do an amazing job, I have been coming here for years. I have been to "fancier" spas and have had terrible massages, but they know what they are doing here."

"Went here for the first time with wife for a birthday treat and we did a combo deep tissue, foot massage, and facial massage. Friendly staff, and very skilled masseuses! They were very good and finding my knots and using the right techniques to relieve the tension. Foot massage was also very well done. First time facial and it was interesting. Management was very thoughtful and explained the services well. Ensured we had a good experience. No frills Asian massage places can be very no frills and very cheap, but we enjoyed the little things included to offset the slightly higher price here such as heated beds and warm towels."

"I am so grateful to have found Pure Qi Spa!! What a gem! I am in my third trimester and am feeling many aches and pains - particularly in my hips and feet. I was looking for a couples package to end our urban babymoon mini getaway on a rejuvenating note. The staff was responsive to my online inquiry and provided a detailed text of their recommended options. When we arrived, the staff were welcoming and gracious! The masseuse were very attentive to providing a relaxing and therapeutic experience! They ensured my positioning was comfortable and safe during the experience, and the deep tissue massage on my hip area was like oil for the gears - my creaky stiff joints feel so much better!! If you’re sensitive to pressure the deep tissue approach will not be “relaxing” in the moment but for me the temporary pain was worth it! The leg reflexology was also incredibly healing and relaxing for me. My husband also got his knots untangled and felt great. And their rates are very reasonable and 100% worth it. This team is skilled and great at what they do - if I was local I would absolutely be a repeat customer."
