"I will never go here again ! It almost cost me my life. The massage therapist who performed my massage stabbed me with a needle during the session to drain out fluid and caused internal bleeding after 3 days in a trauma center and almost needing a blood transfusion don’t go to this place or the lareal location in kew kardens."

"DO NOT GO HERE FOR POST-OP MASSAGES! I went here in hopes to purchase their post-op massage package— 10 massages for $500. However, after the first massage, I knew that it would be a HUGE mistake. My therapist was extremely rough & heavy handed. The massage was torturous. I tried to communicate with the therapist that her pressure was too rough/painful, but because she could not speak English & the therapists at this location are trained to be heavy-handed, she did not ease up. I spoke with a staff member about how painful the massage was & I was informed that it was normal which is not true. Post-op/lymphatic massages are not supposed to be painful! The clients are already going through a healing process & do not need to leave feeling in more pain, inflamed & in discomfort. It has been more than 7-hours since my massage & I’m still suffering. I am 11-days post-op & I feel the way I felt on day-4; sore, uncomfortable & in pain. The therapist set me back almost a week in recovery. To top it all off, when I decided to not move forward with booking the $500 package, I was charged $150 for the massage. How is this place selling a package of 10 massages for $500 but 1 massage is $150? I get the feeling that they overcharged me because I was unhappy with the service. I won’t be returning & I will ensure to post this review in all of the plastic surgery/med-spa groups that I am a part of. STAY AWAY FROM LA REAL SPA FOR POST-OP MASSAGES! There is no way their therapists are properly trained."

"Had great result and a great experience at la Real spa.. Stephanie is knowledgeable on the services she provide. She is also informative with the patients.. This place is a happy and friendly place with great results... Definitely recommend this place."

"I felt like they were acting real funny with me from day one. I booked 10 massages, paid half on day one and on day three one of the massage girl was asking for the reminding bal. i’m glad I did not pay all ahead because like I said they were acting real funny. 2nd visit I was told that they would call me once the bed is ready. Third visit I waited and they tried to shave off time saying I was late. I had to pick my kids up anyway so it was cool. 6 and 7 visit waited outside for over 30 mins and they had the nerve to take someone who was an hour late before me. Furthermore, my 30 mins was really 24 mins on day 6. I had enough, I will take my business elsewhere."
