"9% charge to use a credit card.no price information offered before hair is done. Charges are piled onto bill without warning. I was initially happy with color, cut and blow out with Gabi but last visit did not go well, and I am not pleased about bill nor my color results, and the cut needs to be redone asap. Since there is no shape and hair is flipping up on its own. He is generally a good technician but he hurts my scalp with hair pulling when he colors my hair. I am very dissatisfied."

My whole entire back was really sore from weight training so it was very sensitive and the lady kept putting maximum power and had to keep telling her to take it easy.
