"I have been coming here since 2022 while I was doing my Residency at Lenox Hill Hospital. Voance hair salon has always accommodated my crazy schedule of being a surgical resident and has supported my hair needs keeping me looking fabulous throughout my stressful journey. They even did my hair for my Residency Graduation and I looked great! I love this place and all of the staff members. Not only did I always leave feeling more confident with my hair, they always suggested products that were specific for my hair needs. Rasheda, the owner of the Salon, is also amazing. She’s professional, transparent with her pricing and up to date with hair trends, etc. I love this place and even after relocating practices to FiDi & Midtown, I still come back to UES for all my hair care needs. "Not a knock on the talent - but my glaze treatment lasted 7 minutes with no noticeable difference, they were not upfront about the price of the glaze and they wanted me to pay extra for a blow dry? What the hell was I supposed to do? Leave the hair salon with wet hair? Bad business model. I didn’t even get the woman I had an appointment with."
