"I had a horrible experience with the customer service. They offered me a discount while booking an appointment. However, after the service, they billed me the full amount without a discount. On top of that, without my permission, they billed me a 20% tip over the bill and when I refused they became rude. I don't recommend going there."

"Neighborhood gem! Best value and most professional service around. Open late too! Also, the facilities are brand new and immaculate. You can’t beat $36 for 60 minute foot massage (they have a side room in the front where they can do 4 at a time). I’ll definitely be a regular here."
