"This is the second time I've been to the nail bar and it's been a good experience every time! I worked with Jessica today for my birthday nails and she did such a beautiful job! I will definitely be coming regularly :)"
"**Update** after posting the review below, I was asked to come in to have my nails fixed. I appreciated them wanting to make it right. The nail tech doing my nails this time was great and very considerate. I am very happy with how my nails came out and the time the nail tech took in order to make it right. I wanted to be really optimistic about this place, especially since I saw some nice nail photos in the google pics. The place is super cute and would be a great place for a girls date but I was so disappointed by how my nails turned out. I went in asking for a gel design and showed the design I wanted to the guy at the front desk and my nail tech. I asked the nail tech if he could do it and he said yes. He did two nails and it was nothing like what I wanted and he said it was because of the length of my nails (thin squiggle lines should be doable on any length). I asked him to remove it and just do a French. He even struggled with that having to wipe off what he had done a few times. I am not sure how qualified their nail techs are to be honest. I even saw the nail tech next to me struggling to do his client’s nails and her becoming frustrated and cutting her nails herself. I spent $45 for a not so great service. I wanted to get my eyebrows done but after the nails, I couldn’t trust them for that. I really hope they get better because it is a cute place. I really wish I was given a nail tech that could do designs well."
"So far so good! This is only my second time here and both times I was seen right away, no wait. Reasonable prices and a nice ambiance! Jessica did my nails and she was very thorough with shaping my nails which I appreciated. I will be back! UPDATE: I went back. This following experience was not as great. I went this past Monday 7/15 and lets just say that was a bad day for them. It seems they were understaffed and had a very inexperienced young man managing the shop so people were not being seen in correct order. The wait was long for a pedicure so I didn’t think I would have time for a fill in but another woman assured me that I would. I think the guy that did my gel x filling was Mark. I asked Mark before he even began if he can do the design I showed him in a picture because if not I would pick something more simple but he said he could. By this time, I was one of the few customers left in the shop. The filling was rushed and once I saw him struggling with the design (it looked NOTHING like the picture) I just told him to stop because I didn’t want to continue to waste either one of our time. I can tell he was frustrated but I refuse to pay for something that I do not like, as I was doing my nails for my birthday. At this point I am the last customer and all the workers are just standing around hovering over his shoulder. Once I kindly asked him to remove the design and just paint it clear, he started moving hastily, not caring about doing a clean job. He left visible paint in the corners of my nails and overall it just wasn’t a good manicure because it was rushed. He wanted to go home and I wanted to go home too. I had planned to go back the next day to get a design done but honestly after that experience, I doubt I will ever go back. You have to go through trial and error to find the right nail tech for you and once u find them, book with them only! Don’t let them send you to whoever because some of the techs just don’t take pride in their work, they just want to get you done as quickly as possible. Two of my nails are now chipped only a few days later because he didn’t even apply the gel x correctly on my nail. I saw it lifted on the corner the very next day. Waste of money!! Press ons would have lasted me longer than this."
"Nice addition to the neighborhood! Upscale atmosphere and friendly service. I’ve been here a few times now and the service good. Jay did my pedicure great and his customer service was top notch. He is attentive and communicates well. Ethan did my gel set and they came out very nice! These will be my two go to for now on. Only recommendation is to be more transparent with the pricing when it comes to add ons. Any additional pricing should be disclosed before the service is rendered."
"The first visit was good. I did my French-style full set with Jessica, and it came out nice. The price was $70 without tip. I also love Boba tea, so I came back. This time, I got my nails done with Erik. He didn’t tell me about the extra charges: $65 for a regular full set, $15 for cat-eye chrome, and $5 for the full set removal that I did last time. I wouldn’t mind if the result matched the reference picture, but it came out thick, with a weird shape and crooked corners. He seemed rushed to get to another customer. Overall, I love the vibe and decor of the store, but I’m not sure if I will come back again"
