"I took my first test about a month ago and the lady was just miserable very passive aggressive. I took it again today I had a guy this time unfortunately I couldn’t catch his name though. He was AWESOME, at the end of my test he took his time and explained my mistakes to me and everything, meanwhile the first instructor I had did not. very good guy! 5 star for him"
"I took my first road test last week in east rochester and failed. The instructor there was passive aggressive and impolite. Was given marks off for stuff that didn’t happen. Anyways i took my second test today and im happy to say the instructor was a lovely lady who talked to me during the test and calmed me down. Very friendly and polite. Unfortunately i didn’t catch her name. I am giving 5 stars to her and not the test site itself, as most of them are basically the same just in different locations. Don’t know if i passed yet but i feel 100x more confident than last week."
"I had a very nice and calm tester. Was there early and he was accommodating and took me in. He seemed very fair and gave clear instructions."
"I am official representative of this road test site what did I ever do to you. Please contact the Erie county DMV if you have a problem with the instructors but the road did nothing. This is my eighth time at this site with three of my children. You do the math. Today is my 9th. Hopefully last. Well at least until July when my daughter 16."
"If I could give this place a zero I would. The person testing us was an absolutely horrible human being who was miserable and hates her job! She needs to find a better job preferably behind a desk with no human interaction as it seems she is not fit for socialization. If one is that miserable doing their job, they need to leave and find a different career. The test instructor was rude and extremely passive aggressive from the very beginning, I’ll remember next time to bring her a cup of coffee and a bagel to brighten her mood."
