"This is the only place I'll ever go to buy tires again. The customer service is unmatched and they get you in and out so quickly. They make sure to give you any rebates available and give you the best price they can. Update: I really could never say enough good things about this place. Every time I need them they are there to help with a friendly attitude and a smile. I will never go anywhere else for tires because I've been ripped off by nearly every other place I've gone and have never been treated as well as I've been treated at Big D. When I woke up to a flat this morning. I immediately went into panic mode trying to find tires to fit my car. Even though they were booked solid they said they would squeeze me in so I'm not stranded and talked me off the ledge. Their prices are extremely reasonable and fair and they have the best quality tires around. I promise if you go to Big D for tires you won't regret it."

"Big D tire shop is the best! I ran over a nail/screw and desperately needed help. I was an 1 1/2 hours from home and read the reviews for this business. I didn’t expect much because it was already 4:30 PM and the business closes at 5 PM. Joe was fabulous! Clearly, he knows what Customer service is! He listened to my problem and ease md my mind when he said, “we will take care of it.” Within a half an hour the tire was repaired and we were on our way. Although I am only in the Orchard Park area every other month, this will be my new tire guy moving forward! I can’t thank him enough!"
