"I've been with massage envy for about 9 years on and off. No shame to the other girls, but after years of multiple therapists, I finally found the one that actually meets my needs. If y'all want someone who will actually listen to what you want and need, go see Jessica! I've been with her for a couple months now and just love her. She talks enough to make you feel comfortable, but not too much to the point where I can't quietly enjoy my massage and relaxation. Yes, obviously prices increased... But unfortunately everything has now in days."

"I've had a Massage Envy subscription for years now, and truly valued it in that time as regular massages have been great. However, these days they seem to cancel more than they deliver in my experience. If you cancel same day, you'll get charged a cancellation fee, but they'll cancel same day with nothing more than an "oh well". At this point, I'm just trying to use up all the banked hours I've accrued and get out, but I can't cancel my subscription without losing all those hours I've paid for. Every cancellation puts you back further on when you can stop paying them. Don't get in because you can't get out."
