"The ABSOLUTE WORST! Never again! I went for a cut. I didn't need anything intricate! I went in with hair past my shoulders. I asked for a long inverted bob! I walked out with a mushroom cut! The manager refused to give me a refund. My hair was all crooked! The two stylists were not friendly. The one stylist INTENTIONALLY sprayed me in the face with her water bottle when I said I didn't like it. I told the manager she's lucky I didn't snap! I was so upset! The manager told me I am not band from their store! LOL who would go back after they destroyed me! GARBAGE!!!"

"I have a hard time washing my hair as I had a hip replacement and six reconstructions. Alexis is wonderful! Every time I call, she makes sure to get me in within a half hour. No waiting time. Im glad they close early during canal fest,, people get crazy in the beer tent! Will definitely keep returning in the future! Location, staff, store all fit my needs. Thank you, Supercuts!!"

"Thought I'd give supercuts a try but as always their hours are super unreliable, drove for a haircut for my 2 boys to find they are closed but it's only posted on the door due to canalfest?! Why? You'd rather have fun than make money?! Anyone definitely not making that mistake for a third time. Super inconvenient."

"My fiance got his hair done here this morning because he was in a hurry and waited too long to go anywhere else. The back hair line on his neck is bad....just wrong. It is uneven and whoever cut it, came up far too high trying to correct their mistake."
