"I didn't go to Great Clips but I'm sure they're great at clipping because of the name. Just makes sense. I was near Great Clips and I could see them clipping through the windows. Looked like skillful stylists to me. I wish I could go to Great Clips but I'm old, not much hair left these days. So I just buzz it myself at home. Being unable to patronize a great clipping joint, however, doesn't mean I can't give them 5 stars based on what I saw from nearby. Plus, it's funny."

"I have been coming to this location since I moved to New York, about 3 years now, but the last experience I had at this location was very unprofessional and made me very uncomfortable. I enjoyed coming to this location due to the friendliness of the staff, skill level of the staff, cleanliness and professionalism, my recent experience has made me question each of those qualities. About 3 months ago, I went to this location for a routine trim but had a very uncomfortable experience. My hairdresser that day was an older gentleman, during my haircut, when he needed my head to be tilted down he shoved my head down very forcefully and made me feel very very very uncomfortable. He proceeded to do this to my head anytime he needed to move it. This experience has made me terminate my relationship with great clips, I’m going to have to look into super cuts to avoid this man. If I go back to this location with others I will get his name so people will know not to get this man."
